This day trip will take us to one of North America’s largest rock climbing gyms. Girls will learn the basics of climbing and belaying techniques from a qualified instructor. They will test their skills by spending the afternoon climbing around the gym, which includes a 65-foot climbing silo. Transportation will be provided from the Quad Cities to Bloomington, Illinois. Girls must submit a release waiver with their registration form and fee. Girls will need to pack a sack lunch. Register online.

Juniors and Cadettes will go “pro” during this event, completing activities by age level to explore every aspect of sports, including fitness and career paths. Girls will meet up with college athletes, trainers and dietitians.
