About Our Staff

Our camps are operated by a highly trained staff. We maintain a small-camper to staff ratio ensuring that girls are supervised and cared for twenty-four hours a day. Our staff is deeply concerned with child-development and giving our campers the best possible outdoor experience.  Intensive training includes inclusion, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, outdoor health and safety. The majority of our staff is certified in CPR and First Aid; we have a primary healthcare provider on site each day to ensure campers medical needs are cared for. Our staff are trained and certified by national organizations to lead specialized activities such as swimming, horseback riding, canoeing and challenge course elements.
