Honors and Memorials
Honoring someone or remembering someone is an admiral way to support Girl Scouting. An honorarium is made to acknowledge someone still living, while a memoriam is in memory of a person(s) who is deceased.
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or any special occasion are a great way to honor someone! While the passing of someone you cared about is a reverent way to remember them.
If you would like to invest in a girl in honor or memory of someone, please contact Shelly Wells Cain.
The council will send an acknowledgement to the person or family specified by the benefactor and the benefactor will receive an acknowledgement of their donation for tax purposes.
