High Awards: Gold, Silver, Bronze
Girl Scout High Awards
Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois recognizes girls who set out to make a difference in their community by awarding them one of the three highest awards in Girl Scouting. Girls who earn these awards learn to identify issues they care about, impact their community, learn more about themselves and their values and make a lasting difference.
- Gold Award: For girls in grades 9-12
- Silver Award: For girls in grades 6-8
- Bronze Award: For girls in grades 4-5
If you let girls take the lead, it is amazing what ideas they come up with. This short video shows how one person led a group of older girls to a decision about their Gold Award Take Action project.
