Daisy Petal Power Program

Petal Power is a special four-month summer program designed for kindergarten girls or girls entering kindergarten in the fall of 2013. Petal Power gives girls and their families a chance to explore Girl Scouts though a series of activities, projects and other fun things to do. This program is a great way for girls to get a taste of Girl Scouts before they begin with their Daisy troop in the fall.

Each month (May-August) your girls will receive a colorful packet of activities and projects designed to help her discover things about herself, connect with family and her community and take action to make the world a better place. The packets also include supplemental materials for adults to help you understand the value of the Girl Scout program.

This is a great opportunity for girls to spend time with their families working on fun, yet simple activities. At the end of the program we will hold Petal Power Parties throughout the council to recognize the accomplishments of the girls!

The cost for this program is $40 for non-registered girls (grants are available). The cost for a registered Girl Scout is $28.
